Delivery:
How fast can I have my mirror delivered?
Order before 2:30pm on Monday - Thursday and you will receive next working day. Orders made before 2.30pm on Friday's will be with you the following Monday, unless you have arranged a Saturday delivery with us. Orders made after 2.30pm on Friday's will be delivered to you on the following Tuesday.
What happens if I'm not in when they deliver?
They will come back the day after to re attempt delivery. They will attempt delivery 3 times. After this they will take to your local Post Office.
Does the package require a signature?
Yes, for insurance a signature is required
Who is your courier?
We use and have used ParcelForce for 10 years and find them to be extremely reliable. All courier companies have problems time to time but we have a large account with ours and sort issues extremely quickly if they do arise.
Can I track my mirror before it arrives?
Yes, you will receive a direct link from ParcelForce in the evening to track your order.
Can I have it delivered on a Saturday or a specific day?
Yes, please call us to make this special arrangement.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, please call us to make this special arrangement.
Do I need to check for breakages when I receive my item?
Yes, If broken in transit you need to contact us within 48 hours. We shall then send you a brand new mirror and pick up the damaged mirror free of charge.
Warranty & Returns:
Does my mirror come with a warranty?
Yes, 5 years no quibble no fuss and exchanged the next day for free if stock available
If the led's fail within the 5 year period can you replace them?
Yes, Diamond X is the only brand in the Uk to have easy replaceable led strips that can be replaced extremely easily with out having to take the mirror off the wall!
Do I get 14 days to examine my product and if I don't like can I return and get a full refund?
Yes, but please do not install the mirror! Returned product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
Sensor:
How does the sensor work?
You need to wave your hand 3-6 inches away to activate/deactivate.
Does the mirror illuminate when I walk in front of the mirror?
No, It's an infra red sensor not a motion sensor. You need to physically wave your hand near the sensor.
Where is the sensor located?
The sensor is located on the bottom of the frame and not on the front of the glass. You can rotate all of our mirrors and if you do this the sensor will naturally change position.
Can I isolate the sensor so the led's come on with my bathroom lighting?
Yes, Just ask for instructions and we shall email them to you, it's extremely easy!
Shaver:
Can I use the shaver socket with the lights off?
Yes, the shaver operates on a separate rocker switch so you can charge shaver/toothbrush with the lights off.
Can it charge my electric toothbrush?
As long as your toothbrush comes with a standard UK shaver charger.
Where is the shaver socket located?
The shaver socket is located on the right hand side of the frame on all mirrors. On cabinets, the shaver socket is either on the right hand side or on the inside.
Demister Pad:
Does the demister pad demist the whole face of the mirror?
Yes, the whole mirror face will demist.
How do I activate the demister pad?
The demister pad works automatically when the LED's are turned on and off.
How do I know if the demister pad is on?
The mirror front will heat up and demist.
LED Lights:
How long is the average life of your leds?
The average life is 120,000 hours.
What can I do if one bulb goes out?
We can replace led€s free of charge within the 5 year period.
How do I activate the led's?
You need to wave your hand 3-6 inches away from the sensor to activate.
Is there a standby time in which they will turn off automatically?
No, the led€s need to be turned off manually.

Can I rotate the mirror to be in landscape of portrait?
Yes, all of our mirrors can be rotated.
Is the mirror tinted glass?
No, the mirror is perfectly clear reflective mirror glass.
