The mirror itself is great, especially the demister pad – no excuses for being unshaven anymore!
The service provided couldn't have been better, I received my mirror in less than 24 hours and it was very well packaged!
As for after sales service, I was unfortunate in that one LED stopped working after just 3 or 4 days, but one phone call to illuminated mirrors and I was sent a replacement part with no hesitation at all.
