On every Diamond X mirror or mirror cabinet we offer FREE next working day insured delivery to anywhere in the UK (including Northern Ireland) with tracking confirmation sent direct to you via email when the order leaves our warehouse.

On all other bathroom products we offer FREE 48 hour delivery.

Please note next day delivery is only valid if orders are placed before 2.30pm Monday-Thursday.

If ordered on Friday before 2.30pm your order will reach you Monday.

 If ordered after 2.30pm Friday or on the weekend your order will arrive on Tuesday.

We do offer a Saturday delivery service; please call us to arrange 0845 128 8898.



Your item is insured in transit so please check as soon as you recieve. Any breakages please contact us and we will send you another mirror at once! We package all of our mirrors proffessionally with heavy duty boxes and foam so damage rarely occurs.  Broken parts or products must be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving the product so we can claim.  If you tell us about breakages after this time we cannot warrant the claim so please avoid this scenario by simply checking your item.
