If you are not entirely satisfied with your product for any reason, return it to us with all the contents and packaging intact within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note: Once your mirror or cabinet is installed & fitted to the wall we cannot accept returns under the 14 day money back guarantee unless the item is faulty so please check the product suits your requirements before you install!

Returned product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

To return products, you must inform us in writting, by e-mail . You will then be informed of the return procedure by e-mail. You are responsible for the safe return of the products to us. You are advised to retain proof of posting. 

We cannot cancel/refund your purchase when:

1. You return your product without proof of purchase
2. With out original complete packaging and parts
3. If you have installed the product
